Knitted Peplum Top Pattern Design 826

Knitted Top: This pattern contains directions for knitting a Top made of a mixture of acrylic, Mohair and Wool yarn. Pattern includes One Size to Fit 8 – 16. The top features an interesting textured pattern stitch, along with a deep V in the back, sleeveless with a small peplum. Blocking chart is included.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 826.  "Knit this soft top in six hours or less in an open mesh design.  Just one piece; goes so fast you'll want several". 

Materials:

• Gabrielle Yarn in (1-3/4 oz) balls – 3 balls American:
• One pair 14" No. 17 needles and Crochet Hook: K Aluminum or No. 10-1/2 Plastic or English: One pair 14" No. 17 needles or International No. 12 mg. and No. 2 Crochet Hook.

GAUGE – Working in Pattern Stitch: 2 sts = 1 inch; 4 Rows = 2 inches.
