Knitted Pointelle Blouse Top Mail Order 5880

Knitted Blouse:  This pattern gives directions to knit the Pontelle blouse pictured.  (Note:  This is an advanced pattern).  The pullover blouse features long, full raglan sleeves, cuffs and bands with ribbon ties and of course, the fabulous pointelle pattern stitch.   The pattern is written for size small (6 - 8) with changes for medium (10-12), and large (14-16) in parenthesis.  

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5880 in 1983.   

Materials: Reynolds Kitten, 7(7-8) balls. Susan Bates Knitting Needles, 1 pair each No. 6 and No. 8; "Silvalume" Crochet Hook, Size G.
