  "This decorative knitted shopping bag is designed for beauty and usefulness.  We have used brown with rose and blue; other color combinations may be used. One side is worked in basic color with pocket and embroidery trim; the other side is worked in pattern.

Description

Knitted Shopping Bag:   This pattern gives directions to knit the bag pictured.  This is an easy knit project with optional embroidery detail - a 3/4 page chart included.    Use a wood handle and line if desired.  The completed bag measures about 13 x 20 inches"  

Materials:  Approximately 300 yards of 4-ply knitting worsted  and 100 yards each of the two contrasting colors;   Size 8 Knitting Needles;   Wooden Handles;   Lining (optional)
