Knitted Stocking Cap Medium Tail

Knitted Stocking Cap:   This pattern gives directions to knit the cap pictured.   This is a beginner easy pattern, worked in two colors of Sock and Sweater yarn. It has a medium length tail reaching to the shoulders and ending with fringe.  You can, of course, knit in just one color, should you prefer. 

Materials:  Three one-ounce skeins of Chadwick's Red Heart Sock and Sweater yarn (3 ply) and one set of number 3 double pointed sock needles is all you need to knit this smart stocking cap. The model was made in two colors-one skein of white and two of color is a sufficient amount of yarn.
