Knitted Toddlers Creepers Pattern

Creepers : This pattern contains directions to knit the play suit shown. This particular design is vintage 1940s from Chadwicks. During this time, these cute toddler outfits were referred to as playsuits. It's a one piece knitted suit, with should sleeves, ribbed bands and a round neckline. It slips over the head with a button closure at the shoulder and snaps closed at the crotch. This pattern is sized for baby or Toddler sized 2 or 3. Did you notice the cute little puppy cross-stitch below the neck --- a chart is included if you'd like to put one on yours.

Materials:

• CHADWICK'S RED HEART BABY BUNTING, 4 balls (3/4 oz. balls) for each size.
• Clark's O.N.T. Knitting Pins, 1 pair No.1 and 1 pair No.3.
• 4 small buttons.
• 4 snap fasteners.
• 5 yards of contrasting color yarn for embroidery.

GAUGE: 7 sts make 1 inch; 9 rows make 1 inch.
