Knitted Top Pattern Leaflet W-897

Patchwork Cardigan: This pattern gives directions for knitting the cardigan pictured. This is a Timesaver Design pattern from Coats and Clark's that was issued under Leaflet W-897. The cardigan, worked in combinations of rib, knit, purl and long stitches, has a unique textural design. Medium is size 10 - 16 with changes for large 18-24. Knit in variegated or solid Knitting Worsted.

Materials:   COATS & CLARK'S "RED HEART" KNITTING WORSTED, 4 Ply ("Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins): For Medium size, two 3-1/2 oz. skeins of any variegated color, or two 4 oz. skeins of any solid color; For Large size, three 3-1/2 oz. skeins of any variegated color, or three 4 oz. skeins of any solid color;   Circular Knitting Needles (29-inch length): 1 each of No. 6 and No. 11;   7 buttons.
