Description

Style 4101 : This pattern has instructions for knitting the garment pictured. Here we have an easy to intermediate knitting project for the man. The design is a long sleeve cardigan, in bulky pattern stitch. It has long sleeves, a lowered V-opening and ends with a four button band. The knitted cardigan directions are written for size 36-38, with changes for 40-42 and 44-46 in parentheses.

Materials:

  • BERNAT Jaeger Shire Spun (40 gram balls) 18(19-20)
  • 1 pair each BERNAT-Aero straight knitting needles Nos. 5 and 8 (Canadian Needles Nos. 9 and 6) OR ANY SIZE NEEDLES WHICH WILL GIVE THE STITCH GAUGE GIVEN BELOW
  • 4 buttons

GAUGE: 5 sts = 1 inch7 rows = 1 inch
