Description

No 678 Fringed Shortie: This pattern contains instructions to knit the jacket pictured. This design, vintage 1950s from Bernhard Ulmann, is knit in tweed yarns for that 'oh-so-classy' look. The waist length jackets features three quarter length cuffed sleeves and a marvelous large collar with fringed edge. The pattern is written for misses size 14, with changes for 16 and 18 in parentheses.

MATERIALS

  • Bear Brand or Fleisher's Sport Tweed, 20 (22-24) ozs.
  • Bucilla Plastic Needles, 1 pair each Sizes 3 and 5.

MEASUREMENTS FOR BLOCKING: At bustline 40 (42-44) ins.
