Description

Dress Up Set : This pattern gives directions for crocheting the set pictured. This sweet set was issued back in 1943 by Royal Society. The set includes a Bonnet, Sacque and booties infant sized. Worked in a nice shell pattern stitch to a quite lacy look. Each piece is threaded with ribbon.

What You Need for Infant Size:

  • ROYAL PERLE No. 8., 9 balls for entire set (6 balls for Sacque, 2 balls each for Cap and Bootees if made separately).
  • Steel Crochet Hook No. 6.
  • 5 yards ribbon, ¼ inch wide (2 yards for Sacque, 2 yards for Cap and 1 yard for Bootees).
  • 2 rosettes.

GAUGE: 2 shells make 1 inch, 4 rows make 1 inch. 12 sc make 1 inch; 12 rows make 1 inch.
