Large or Small Pineapple Crochet Doily Pattern Design 7047

Crocheted Doily : Design 7047 - Crocheted Doilies : This pattern contains directions for making two crocheted doilies worked in the pineapple design. The two doilies can be combined to dress up a buffet or luncheon table, or they can be used as odd pieces. Either No 50 or No 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton or unbleached Mercerized Crochet or Knitting Cotton can be used. This choice of the cotton governs the size and texture of the doilies. The large doily is either 14 or 18 inches and the small doily is either 10 or 13 inches, depending upon the materials chosen.

This is a Mail Order Design Pattern, purchased through newspapers and magazines. This pattern was marketed as Alice Books 7047 in 1945.  

Material Requirements:  No 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No 12 steel crochet hook or No 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No 10 steel crochet hook or unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton and a No 8 steel crochet hook.
