Laura Wheeler 850 Oval Pineapple Doilies Pattern

Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern contains directions for three matching oval doilies worked in a combination of pineapple and shell stitches. Make this trio of lacy doilies in either fine or heavy CG ton. Use them as a set or as odd pieces. Crochet the doilies in small medium and large sizes. The small doilies are 9 x 14 and 13 x 19 inches. The medium doilies are 17 x 23 and 23 x 30 inches. The large doilies are 21 x 32 or 28 x 42 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 850.  The newspaper description:  "Serve elegantly and display your handiwork proudly with this trio of lacy oval doilies. Easy-crochet pineapple pretties for luncheon set, centerpiece, TV doily".   The pattern was included in Needlecraft Services 1963 Pattern Catalog.
