Long Ruffled Collar Crochet Pattern

Ruffled Frill Collar:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the vintage collar pictured.   This collar, slip-over or button closure features a deep V-shaped band down to bust level, surrounded by two tone ruffles all around.   This is a casual collar, perfect for everyday wear with plain dresses, pullover blouses, etc. 

Materials:   Clark's O.N.T. (2 balls of Color 55 Navy and (1 ball) of White or ]. & P. Coats (1 ball) of Color 55 Navy and (1 ball) of White, Mercerized Crochet, Size 30. Clark's O.N.T. "Brilliant" may also be used, 2 balls of White and 2 balls of Color 55 Navy.  (NOTE:  size of hook is not referenced).
