Description

Knitted Jacket : This pattern contains directions to knit the jacket shown. The design, billed as a bed jacket by Bernat, would equally serve as a sweater for outer wear. Soft and feminine, with 5 button front closure, long full sleeves, cuffed at the wrist and waist and thin banding around the v-neckline. The only downside of the pattern is the sizing is just for misses or women 12, 14, 16 and 18.

Materials:

  • BERNAT Pompadour (1 oz. pull skeins) — 9(9-10-10)
  • 1 pair each straight knitting needles Nos. 1 and 3
  • 5 buttons

GAUGE:

  • 7 sts = 1 inch10 rows = 1 inch in pattern st on No. 3 needles
  • 9 sts = 1 inch14 rows = 1 inch in ribbing on No. 1 needles
