Description

Socks : This pattern contains directions to the socks shown. Deviations of each other, make this attractive cabled sock, with ribbed tops in either the short or the long version. Use the instructions as written for the long socks, follow instructions substituting numbers in parentheses for short socks. The pattern is sized for mans 11 1/2; information to adjust to size desired is included. This is a vintage 1947 pattern from Home Arts and Needlework.

Materials:   4 1-Ounce Balls Zephyr;   1 Pair No.2 Knitting Needles;   1 Set No.2 Double Point Needles.

Scale: 9 sts to 1 inch; 12 rows to 1 inch.
