Description

Sports Slipover : This pattern contains instructions for knitting the slipover pictured. The slipover, in an attractive pattern stitch can be worked as a sleeveless design with armbands, or with long sleeves for a sweater .... your decision. Mans size 38 only, it has wide bottom ribbing and a short v-neckline. This pattern takes us back to 1942.

Materials:   7 oz. 4-ply wool for the Sleeveless;   11 oz. 4-ply wool for the Long Sleeves;   1 pr. #5 needles;   1 pr. #3 needles.   Gauge: On #5 needles, 6 sts. to inch, 8 rows to inch.
