Mans Striped Yoke Pullover: This pattern gives directions to knit the pullover shown. This handsome design for the man features long sleeves, loose fitting and hip length with a patterned yoke knitted in.   Directions for size- 38. Changes for sizes 40 and 42 are in parentheses. Blocked Chest Size: 41 ½" (43"-45").

MATERIALS:   Mary Maxim Northland Wool, 9 (10-10) 4-oz. skeins natural (N) : 1 skein each of dark gray (G), black (B) and white (W) ;   1 oz. black Super Fingering Wool, 4 ply, for hems;   24" circular needle No. 5;   set of dp needles No. 5;   one each of 16" and 29" circular needles No. 10 ½. (Or English sizes 8 and 2.);   1 ½ yards elastic (Optional);   Large-eyed sewing needle.

GAUGE: 5 sts = 2"; 4 rnds = 1" (stockinette st, No. 10 ½ needles). 11 sts = 4" (pat stripe, No. 10 ½ needles).
