Mens Misses Crochet Loafers, Anne Cabot 5463

Crocheted Loafers - Soft Slippers:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the loafer styled slippers pictured in two strands of 3-ply Super Fingering yarn.  The pattern is written for misses sole size 9", with changes for 10" and men's 11" and 12" in parenthesis. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5463 in 1972.

Materials: COATS & CLARK'S "RED HEART" SUPER FINGERING, 3 Ply (1 oz. "Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins): 3 (3, 4, 4) Skeins of Navy; 2 (2, 3, 3) Skeins of White; 2 (2, 2, 2) Skeins of Light Blue. Needle: Milwards Steel Crochet Hook #0 (Zero) Accessories: Terry Cloth for Lining Slippers. if desired. 2 Buttons -- 1 inch in Diameter, 1 Yard of elastic thread.
