Description
Breefer : This pattern contains directions to knit the jacket pictured. This jacket was officially referred to as a 'Breefer' in the 1952 issue of Smart Knitting. Why? I have no idea. But, I do know that it is knit using Knitting Worsted with cut work horizontal stripes that are embroidered with metallic thread for a bit of evening glamour. The loose fitting jacket has three quarter sleeves that are cuffed to the elbow and below waist length. It is sized for misses small (10-12), medium (14-16) and large (18-20).
