Description

Bulky Cardigan : Knitted Bulky Cardigan : This pattern contains directions to knit the cardigan pictured. The cardigan is perfect for chilly days when a coat would be just too much. It ha a high neckline, long sleeves, a bulky weave pattern stitch, front buttoned and waist length. This classic staple of the womans closet is sized 12 to 20. Instructions are written for size 12, with changes for 14, 16, 18 and 20 shown in parentheses. The design is vintage 1950 from American Thread.

Materials:
GAUGE: 9 sts = 2 inches. 6 rows = l inch OR
  • - "GEM" HAT and BAG YARN, Article 144, 15 (18-21-24-27) ozs Red or color of your choice
  • - Knitting Needles: 1 pr. No.6.
GAUGE: 9 sts = 2 inches. 6 rows = 1 inch.
