Description

Ski Pullover and Hat: This pattern contains instructions to knit, embroidered designs, the sweater and hat pictured above. This is definitely a style you will want to sport. The pattern is for a knitted pullover, with a fashionable V-Design, along with a corresponding hat. Embroidery detail is added to the pullover inset V and above the ribbing on the stocking cap. Charts are included for the embroidery work. The directions for this pattern are size 12. Changes for Sizes 14, 16 and 18 are in parenthesis. This pattern is vintage 1960s.

Materials:

  • DIAMOND "Scheepjes" Regatta (100 gram skein): Color A-7 (7- 8-8) skeins; Color 8-2 (2-3-3) skeins or-
  • DIAMOND "Scheepjes" Rigodon (50 gram ball): A-14 (14-15-16) balls; 8-4 (4-5-6) balls.
  • Knitting Needles: 1 pair each No.5 and No.8 or size required to knit to gauge.
  • 1 set each of No.5 and NO.8 dp needles.

Gauge: 9 sts = 2"; 6 rows = 1".
