Octagon Medallion Crochet Bedspread Pattern Texas Modern

Texas Modern : This pattern gives directions for crochet the bedspread shown. This lovely design takes us back to the 1950's. The spread is worked in large 6 inch octagon motifs in two contrasting colors. The medallions are joined together, using included layout chart, and finished with long tufts of fringe. The pattern layout is sized for single and double spreads.

Materials:   J. & P. COATS "KNIT-CRO-SHEEN," Art. A.64: Single Size Spread-70 x 120 inches-45 balls of No. 1 White and 31 balls of No. 131 Fudge Brown. Double Size Spread-90 x 120 inches-56 balls of No. 1 White and 40 balls of No. 131 Fudge Brown; or   CLARK'S O.N.T. MERCERIZED BEDSPREAD COTTON, Art. B.504: Single Size Spread-70 x 120 inches-45 balls of. No. 1 White and 31 balls of a color of your own choice. Double Size Spread-90 x 120 inches-56 balls of No. 1 White and 40 balls of a color of your own choice;  

GAUGE: Each motif measures 6 inches from point to point.
