Description

Peacock Chair Set : This pattern contains directions to make the chair set shown. Worked in filet crochet to included full pages charts, this set has a delight peacock motif. The chair back, 14 x 17 inches, features two peacocks amid a floral display. The arm rests, 9 x 14 1/2 inches, are a single peacock and a similar flower arrangement.

This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This particular pattern was marketed as Carol Curtis 313 in 1956.   

Materials:   3 skeins Daisy Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Size 30;   1 steel Crochet Hook No. 13.
