Petal Crochet Collar Pattern

Crocheted Collar No 22 : This pattern contains directions for crocheting the collar pictured. This vintage design goes back to the 1930's. It was part of a leaflet issued by Tower Brand Yarn Co. in promotion of the Gimp Thread. Now, Gimp is no longer available, but this well collar ... well it's too interesting a design to let disappear. I'd suggest that DMC Cebelia No 10 might be a fair alternative. This collar with wide solid neckband features three flower type points that extend in the front and on each shoulder.
