Pineapple Crochet Chair Set Pattern, Laura Wheeler 888

Crocheted Chair Set:  This pattern contains directions for a crocheted chair set worked in a combination of pineapple design and shell stitches. Set may be used on a buffet, if desired or use chair back as ends for scarves.  The chair back will measure 12 x 16 and the arm rests are 6-1/2 x 10 inches each.  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler in 1956.   "The pineapple - popular crochet motif is accented by contrasting shell stitch.  Use white or ecru cotton and see what an attractive set you can make".
