Pineapple Spiderweb Crochet Doily Pattern, Mail Order 7098

Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern contains directions for two matching crocheted doilies to be made in either fine or heavy cotton. Doilies can be combined to form luncheon or buffet sets or they can be used singly.  The doilies are in three sizes each of small and large.  The small doilies are 11, 12 and 18 inches; the large doilies are 18, 20 and 26 inches in diameter.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was  marketed as Alice Brooks 7098.   This was quite a popular pattern, released under the Laura Wheeler and American Weekly brands as well.
