Pineapple Wheel Crochet Doilies, Laura Wheeler 698

Pineapple Doilies:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily shown.  This pattern contains directions for making crocheted pineapple doilies worked in fine cotton or string. They can be used as luncheon or buffet sets or as odd pieces.   Depending on materials, these doilies may be crocheted in three sizes each small and large.  The small doilies are 11, 13 and 16 inches; the large doilies are 18, 20 and 28 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 698. The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 971. The pattern was included in the Laura Wheeler 1949 Designs Catalog.
