Pocket Stole or Wrap Knitting Pattern

Pocket Stole:  This pattern contains directions to crochet the wrap shown.  This is a perfect wrap for those of us that have a tendency to carry small items around with us -  You know, a lipstick, a kleenix, our cell phone - with two deep pockets on both ends.   It is also quite a great spot to keep your hands warm as you stroll on a slightly cooler afternoon.   This piece is knitted, with crocheted edge shirring.  The design is vintage 1940s from Hilde Fuchs. 

Materials:  6 skeins Germantown (2 oz. skein);   1 circular knitting needle 29 inch. No.8;   1 bone crochet hook No.6

GAUGE: 5 sts.= 1 inch
