Popcorn Squares Crochet Afghan Pattern in Purple Blue

Purple and Blue Popcorn Squares :  This pattern contains directions to crochet the afghan pictured.   The afghan, blanket or throw, made us of 6-1/2 inch squares featuring the always fun popcorn stitch in both the flower motif as well as the joining stripes.   This piece is flowery and fun - all 49 x 65 inches of it !  Matching pillow pattern is included.  The design is vintage 1960s from American Thread. 

Materials:

• AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" KNITTING WORSTED 
• 36 ounces Med. Blue
• 28 ounces each Purple and Dk. Violet
• 24 ounces Violet are required for Afghan 
• 3 ounces each Med. Blue andPurpleand
• 1 ounce each DkViolet and Violet are required for Pillow
• 1/2yd.lining material
• Shreddedfoam rubber, Kapok or cotton for filling
• WoodenCrochet Hook No. 10
