Description

Rainbow Afghan: This pattern gives instructions for crocheting the afghan shown. This is a colorful (vintage 1951) design that is worked in multiple colors of knitting worsted to form 5 1/2 inch squares (5 colors each) that are then joined to create an afghan that measures 50 x 83 inches.  

Materials:   4-ply Knitting Worsted (4-oz. skeins), 2 skeins each of yellow, green, blue, purple, red- orange and 5 skeins of black;   Plastic crochet hook No. 4 or 5.
