Regimental Striped Afghan Knitting Pattern

Regimental Blanket : This pattern contains directions to knit, crochet detail, the throw shown. The pattern design, vintage 1930 from Spool Cotton Company, features a combination of wide strips and narrow stripes and a double color band all the way around. It's an afghan with a bold statement going on. The finished piece measures 52 x 72 inches.

• MILWARD'S PHANTOM KNITTING PINS, 1 pair No.4 (3 ½ mm. size).
• MILWARD'S STEEL CROCHET HOOK No. 1/O.

GAUGE: 5 sts make 1 inch; 10 rows make 1 inch.
