Rose Bluebird Filet Doily Runner Pattern No 2059

Filet Runner and Centerpiece:  This pattern gives directions and charts to create the pictured doily and runner.  The design is a rose and leaf bouquet being carried by bluebirds.  The doily measures 15 inches in diameter and the runner is 15 x 35 inches.   Note 1:  This pattern is written in all caps.  Note 2:  The chart for the round doily is on the small side - half page.   It will be easier to work if you can enlarge on paper to screen.

This is a Mail Order Pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 2059.  The pattern was included in the Anne Cabot 1963 Needlework Album. The newspaper description:  "Beautiful bluebird and rose design in sparkling white filet lace will add a touch of cool freshness to any tabletop. Easy to follow diagram charts makes this runner and centerpiece simple to follow".
