Rose Bordered Crochet Doily Pattern Design 751

Crocheted Doilies: This pattern contains directions for crocheted doilies in plain mesh with a border of large, raised roses and leaves. Crochet the roses in red, leaves green, center in either white or green. The pattern includes instructions for both a large doily of 19 inches as well as a smaller doily at 13-1/2 inches.

This is a Mail Order Designs Pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 751.  The newspaper description:  "3-d" doilies! The roses look real - they're solid crochet above a raised bed the open mesh center. Crochet roses in red, leaves of green, center white or green".
