Description

Filet Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern gives directions to create the doilies pictured. In the large and the small pieces of this crochet design, the roses and the butterflies are effectively set off by the lace stitch. These designs may be used for a buffet set, a luncheon set and centerpieces. In string the large one measures 18 x 24-1/2 inches and the small one 12-1/2 x 13 inches. Directions and charts are given below.

Materials:  Unbleached crochet and knitting cotton and a No. 5 steel crochet hook or No. 30 white Mercerized crochet cotton and a No. 12 steel crochet hook.
