The blouse, worked in a combination of Super Fingering Yarn and Lame features banded sleeves on extended shoulders and high banded neckline. The unique pattern stitch results in an intriguing scroll motif. The knitting pattern is written for misses size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 given in parentheses. The official 1950 magazine description: An evening blouse, “scrolled” in gold, dividing gray lines are introduced to set off the beauty of gold lame' (non-tarnish Lurex) on white.
