Semi Circular Lace Crochet Stole Pattern

Cotillion Stole :  This pattern contains directions to crochet the stole pictured.   This is a lovely piece, vintage 1953 styled from American Thread Company.   Made up in rows of puff stitch, giving is a lacy effect, this stole, in a semi-circle, falls gracefully across the shoulders.   The bottom edges are finished in a fringed fingers, making the length almost waist length.  Depending upon the colors used, this piece easily range from casual to elegant.   

This stole can be made with any of the following:

• "DAWN" DACRON FINGERING YARN
• "DAWN" NYLON SOCK & SWEATER YARN
• "DAWN" BRAEBURN SPORT YARN 6ozs, White or color desired, 2 ozs. Black.
• Plastic crochet hook Size G.

GAUGE: 4 s c=1 inch. Each puff st row measures 1-1/8 inch.
