Shaded Squares Loop Stitch Area Rug Crochet Pattern

Crocheted Rug : This pattern contains directions for crocheting the rug pictured. It's a colorful area rug, 6 colors in all, that are worked in square blocks joined together with loop stitch border between the blocks and all the way around the edges. The area rug will measure 24 x 31 inches when crocheted to pattern. One could, of course create additional blocks to form a rug the size of their choice. Instructions to create a square chair mat or cushion are also included.

• Lily Knitting and Crochet Cotton Yarn, Art. 600:-I-skein Cream, 2-skeins Yellow, 3-skeins each Orange and Lt. Brown, 4-skeins Reseda and 5-skeins Med. Brown (or other colors).
• Crochet hook size O.
