Description

Little Minx Jacket : This pattern contains directions for knitting the jacket pictured. This is both an attractive and versatile design. Worked partially in seed stitch, the knitted jacket is waist length with a wide shawl type collar that reaches all the way to the waist. It is loose fitting with three quarter length sleeves. Wear as a standard jacket, or cross one bottom edge upwards and drop upwards across the other and wear as a wrap styled jacket by pinning in place. This pattern, vintage 1950s, is sized for women small (10 - 12), medium (14 - 16) and large (18 - 20).

Materials:

  • Fairknit Chunky Fluff (2 oz. skein) : 9 (10, 11) sks.
  • No. 11 plastic or wooden knitting needles.
  • ½ yd. of grosgrain ribbon.

GAUGE: Seed St:5 sts = 2"; 4 rows = 1".

Pattern St: 5 sts = 2"; 6 rows = 2".
