Square Brimmed Hat Crochet Pattern with Big Bow

Square Brimmed Hat : This pattern contains directions to crochet the hat shown. It's a lovely design, right out of the 1943 War Era. The hat is close fitted to the head and then branches up and out to a square flattop. The front has a big bow tie.

• CHADWICK'S RED HEART KNITTING WORSTED, 3 balls (1 oz. balls).
• Bone Crochet Hook No.8.
• 25 inches of ribbon, 1 ½ inches wide.
