Description

Knitted Stocking Cap : This pattern contains instructions to knit the cap pictured above.   This stocking cap, created in angora yarn, is created by making a continuous tube.  Drape the cap down the back, or wrap around to serve as a scarf.  

Materials:   2 balls of heavy white angora, 3 balls each of white and light blue, or colors of your choice;   Knitting needles No.5 (standard). English size, 8. 

Gauge: 5 sts=1". 7 rows = l ", 

Pattern Stitch: The stitch used for this cap is cardigan or double knitting. This forms a tube, closed at the top and open at the bottom when finished.
