Description

Multi-Striped Blouse: This pattern gives directions for knitting, crochet detail, the blouse pictured. The blouse, worked in garter stitch is brightly colored in three colors and white of Knitting Worsted. The pullover top has a round neckline. The elbow length sleeves and below waist hemline is fringed.

SIZES: Directions for size 12. Changes for sizes 14 and 16 are in parentheses.

  • Body Bust Size:32" (34"-36").
  • Blocked Bust Size: 33" (36"-39").

MATERIALS:

  • American Thread Company Dawn Knitting Worsted, 6 (8-8) 1-oz. skeins each of sea green (G) and dark violet (V) ; 4 (5-5) skeins peacock (P) ; 2 (3-3) skeins white (W).
  • 14" knitting needles No. 10. (Or English size 3.)
  • Steel crochet hook size F.
  • One stitch holder.

GAUGE: 7 sts = 2"; 8 rows (4 ridges) = 1". Note: Entire garment is worked length-wise in garter st (k each row).
