 Striped Cardigan : This pattern contains instructions to crochet the (vintage 1953) cardigan pictured.    Long sleeve, v-necked cardigan is hip length.  It is sized 12 to 20. Instructions are for size 12. Changes for sizes 14, 16, 18 and 20 are shown in parentheses. Crocheted Bust Measurements Buttoned: 34 1/2 (37 1/2, 38 1/2, 41 ½, 42 1/2)"· 

MATERIALS:  Spinnerin Shrink-Resistant Top Flight (1 oz. pull skein): 5 (6, 7, 7, 8,) sks. of Light Color (A) and 6 (8, 8, 9, 10) sks. of Dark Color (E). No.1;   No. 0 steel crochet hook;   - 5 buttons. 

GAUGE: 6 dc = 1"; 3 rows = 1".
