Striped Drawstring Bag Purse or Tote Crochet Pattern

Striped Carry-All : This pattern contains instructions to crochet the bag pictured above. This bag, or tote, features a round bottom, three colored stripe pattern and drawstrings with a long handle. The actual height is not stated; the bottom is 7 inches. 

Materials: Knit-Cro-Sheen, 4 balls of navy blue, 3 balls each of light blue and white (or colors of your choice);  Steel crochet hook No 5;  2 Cardboard (or substitute materials) 7 inches in diameter;   1/4 yard lining materials.    Gauge: 2 shells make 1 inch; 3 rows make 1 inch. Three strands used throughout.
