Description

Swirl Rug : This pattern contains directions to crochet the rug shown. This is a fun and colorful area rug that will measure 21 x 29 inches when completed. It it oval with a solid color center that is finished off with a wide border of swirls created using a second color. This pattern is vintage 1952.

Materials:

  • Kentucky Lusterspun, 5 Colonial Blue (CB), 2 Royal Blue (RB), (50 yd skeins) (Heavy Rug Yarn)
  • Crochet Hook, Size J.

Gauge: 2 ½ sts = 1"; 2 ½ rows = 1"
