Crochet Collar Cuffs Pattern in Rib Stitch

Tailored Collar and Cuffs Set :  This pattern contains directions to crochet the set shown.  This set consists of a tailored collar and matching cuffs.   The collar is a simple piece, created in downward ribbed like rows with a change pattern stitch and tightly scalloped edge.  It is a detachable collar with a front tie closure.  (A button substitute would also be attractive).  The cuff set, of course, closely correspond to the collar.  The set is pictured on a teen aged girl, however, is also size appropriate for misses.    This is a vintage 1930s design. 

Materials: - Clarks O.N.T. Mercerized Crochet, 3 balls of Size 20, White or Ecru;  Milwards steel crochet hook No 10.
