Toddler Knitted Sweaters Pattern

Little Darling & Mignonette: This pattern set, vintage 1967 from Columbia Minerva, includes knitting instructions, with crochet, to make two adorable sweaters for our little girls. One sweater adorned with lace at the neckline, the other with embroidered to make them feel both extra special and extra pretty. The sweaters are sized 2, 3 and 4. The pattern is written in Size 2, with changes for size 3 and 4 shown in parentheses. .Note: The embroidery is freehand; an embroidery pattern IS NOT included

Materials:

• Columbia Minerva Reverie (1 oz pull skein), and embroidery thread for Mignonette (shown on right). 
• Needles: One pair each Boye Sizes 6 and 8
• Steel crochet hook - size 1 for Little Darling (on left) and size 00 for Mignonette (on right). 

Gauge (both): Stockinette St on Size 8 - 9 sts to 2 inches; 6 rows to 1 inch.
