Description

Two Crochet Kerchiefs:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the kerchiefs pictured.  Two Styles in one pattern; one in bead stitch and the other in 'crazy' stitch.  Small triangular scarf in crochet -- perfect keeper for one's hair on a mild, breezy day. May be used also as an invisible lining for a beautiful thin silk scarf on cold, windy days or evenings.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Needlework Bureau in 1964.

Material: For either of the two styles, about 1-1/2ouncea of 3-ply yarn in your own choice of color (acryllan, wool, orlon, etc). Work evenly with a #3 steel crochet hook. Beauty of created fabric in any handiwork lies in perfection of detail, so guard against splitting the yarn.
