Description

Two Tone Suburban Coat: This pattern contains directions to knit, crochet detail, the coat shown. What a fun coat, two tones of checkerboard style ! The knitted coat has an open front, large fold-over collar and long dolman styled sleeves. It is thigh length and has contrast trim around all the edgings. The pattern, vintage 1960 from Unger Yarn, is misses sized 12, 14 and 16.

Materials:

  • Unger's LES CARIATIDES 13 (14-15) 50 gr balls Main Color (MC)
  • Unger's LES CARIATIDES 10 (11-12) 50 gr balls Contrasting Color (CC)
  • Hero knitting needles size 13, OR THE SIZE YOU REQUIRE TO OBTAIN THE STITCH GAUGE
  • Hero sizes 11 and 10 ½,
  • Hero aluminum crochet hook 1.
  • 1/4 yd nylon tulle
