Description

Crocheted Bedspread : This pattern contains directions to crochet the spread pictured. Exquisite is a word I apply to very few patterns however, I have to admit it certainly applies to this one ! Vintage 1938, from Lily Mills, this spread is a combinations of fans and flower motifs that are then joined to form a cloth that measures approx 81 x 102. When completed, this crocheted bedspread could do nothing but become an heirloom.

Materials:

  • Daisy Mercerized Crochet Cotton- No. 10, about 34 skeins, or 15 skeins Lily Antique Crochet Cotton.
  • Lily's Viking brand crochet hook No.7.
