Description

Crocheted Doily: This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.   This design, called Whirling Squares measures approx. 13 inches in diameter.   You can continue to crochet the rounds for a much larger doily, if desired.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Carol Curtis 334 in 1955.   

Materials Required: 1 ball #30 Daisy Mercerized Crochet Cotton on 2 balls #20 Lily Mercrochet Cotton;  #13 Steel Crochet Hook
