Description

732-15 : This pattern contains instructions to knit the vintage 1960s cardigan, pictured above, from Columbia Minerva. The cardigan, featuring a ribbed look pattern stitch, has a cross over collar, three quarter sleeves, double breasted button line and hip length. The pattern is sized 14 to 20. The instructions are for size 14, with changes for 16, 18 and 20 shown in parentheses.

Materials:

  • Columbia-Minerva Knitting Worsted (4 oz skein)- 4(4-5-5) skeins OR Columbia-Minerva Calypso Germantown Knitting Worsted (2 or 4 oz skein) -18(20-24-24) ozs
  • Knitting Needles: 1 pair "Boye" Size 7 - 14 inch

Gauge: 9 sts to 2 inches (Unblocked), 5 sts to 1 inch (Blocked).
